Residents ask HDMC to fix rain-related issues in advance

RESIDENTS of Dharwad city are worried about unseasonal rain and its impact, well in advance.
Some residents have submitted a memorandum to the Hubballi Dharwad Municipal Corporation (HDMC) seeking precautionary measures. This comes in the wake of damage caused by the rains which lashed the city a few months ago.
