GSLV-F15/NVS-02 to launch in January-end, ISRO informs Centre

THE Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on Thursday informed Union Minister of State for Science and Technology and Earth Sciences Jitendra Singh that the Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle (GSLV)-F15/Navigation Satellite (NVS)-02 will be launched in the last week of January.
Singh was holding a review meeting with the ISRO team on Thursday. The meeting was also scheduled to be held after the completion of the docking of two satellites under the Space Docking Experiment (SpaDeX) mission. The docking was deferred because of the drift of one satellite being more than expected.
