SHARANABASAVESHWAR Vidya Vardak Sangha secretary Basavaraj Deshmukh said that holding technical competitions and festivals frequently provided a perfect opportunity to expose the hidden talent of students and imbibing a sense of competition and discipline among themselves.
Inaugurating a two-day techno-cultural festival 'AVIRAT' organised by the Faculty of Engineering and Technology (Co-Ed), formerly known as Appa Institute of Engineering and Technology at Sharnbasva University in Kalaburagi city on Saturday, Deshmukh said that he was happy to note that the university is organising such competitions regularly providing a platform for students of not only Sharnbasva University, but also students from other engineering colleges and universities to exhibit their talents.
