Sebi asks Embassy REIT to sack CEO Aravind Maiya

Following the National Financial Reporting Authority (NFRA)'s findings of serious lapses and gross negligence leading to market fraud when he was the lead auditor of Coffee Day, market regulator Sebi has ordered Embassy REIT's manager to immediately sack its acting chief executive Aravind Maiya for "harming ordinary investors" and also appoint an interim CEO in his place.
