Alleges that Cong wanted to change Constitution to snatch quota from Dalits
PRIME Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday sought to strike an emotional chord with the people of Maharajganj in Bihar's Siwan district during an election rally, saying he was leaving no viraasat (inheritance) since he considered the people of the country as his only waaris (successor).
"Modi is one such person who has no inheritance. For me, you are my successor, you are my heir," he told the gathering.
