Man killed after Holi balloon tiff in Uttam Nagar

A 26-year-old man was killed following an alleged dispute between two families in JJ Colony, Uttam Nagar, in southwest Delhi during Holi celebrations, an official said on Thursday.
Preliminary information suggests the clash was triggered by a stray splash from a balloon filled with coloured water, police said.
