Hemant Soren back as CM after five months

HOURS after getting an invite from Governor CP Radhakrishnan to take his oath of office and secrecy, Hemant Soren was sworn in as the thirteenth chief minister of Jharkhand on Thursday.
Hemant replaced Champai Soren, who put in his papers as CM on Wednesday. Hament had installed Champai as the stopgap CM on February 2 following his arrest in a land grab case by the Enforcement Directorate.
