A HISTORIC Tyneside building with origins as a 1930s cinema and welfare facility for manufacturing workers during World War Two has been transformed into modern workspace.
The Picture House in Team Valley
The Picture House in Team Valley has been converted to offer new owners or tenants the chance to move into a quirky new office steeped in history.
The building underwent a comprehensive refurbishment in 2006, transforming it into a detached, contemporary office space across two floors, while carefully preserving its architectural heritage.
