Three taken to hospital after crash on the A68

A MAN, woman and child were taken to hospital after being injured in a crash on the A69 in Northumberland.
-
Emergency services were called to the Bridge End roundabout just outside of Hexham yesterday morning.
All three were taken to the Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle, though their injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
The dual carriageway was closed in both directions between Hexham and the turnoff for Warden for over an hour but it has since reopened.
