Scaled-down versions of Greggs set to be trialled

NEWCASTLE bakery chain Greggs has launched a new style of shop amid moves to bring its steak bakes and sausage rolls to more people across the UK.
-
The food-on-the-go firm already has 2,600 stores across the UK and has long been actioning a strategy to make sure its stores are based in a variety of locations.
Now Greggs has launched a new store format, the Bitesize Greggs, which has a smaller footprint in which it can offer a range of its food and drinks to more customers in high-footfall, prime locations which are constrained by space.
