Newcastle team-mates ready to play

WHILE England have already booked their place in next summer's World Cup, the coming week will be huge when it comes to deciding who will be joining in them the USA, Mexico and Canada in June.

Thomas Tuchel has guided the Three Lions to early qualification, but his countrymen back in Germany still have work to do to get over the line, with two games remaining of their Group A campaign.

Julian Nagelsmann's side are top of the table as things stand, with victories against Luxembourg on Friday and group rivals Slovakia next Monday meaning they will ensure their place at next summer's finals.

The Germans are expected to get the job done, but will be acutely aware that they lost 2-0 to Slovakia back in September, and Nagelsmann is taking nothing for granted.
