I'm happy where I am, says United star Tonali
June 06, 2025
|The Journal
NEWCASTLE United star Sandro Tonali has shut down any lingering transfer speculation this summer with a stunning message.
The Italian midfielder has been constantly linked with a move back to Serie A, in particular to Juventus who are understood to be keen on signing the playmaker but can't afford him even if United were interested in selling.
Tonali and his representatives have been consistent in their messaging that he is happy on Tyneside and wants to repay the club for the support they showed him during his 10 month ban from football for gambling offences. Tonali was forced to stop playing only a couple of months after joining Newcastle in a £55m move from AC Milan.
