United boss Eddie Howe is pondering whether to freshen up his front line for the powderkeg Wear-Tyne derby against Sunderland this weekend.Howe was shrewd with his selection against Bayer Leverkusen in the 2-2 draw in Germany on Wednesday night. But he gave himself a couple of options to change things against the Black Cats if he chooses to do so, including the decision to preserve Anthony Elanga for the weekend.
