Big national award for Newcastle homebuilder

NEWCASTLE firm Bellway has been named large housebuilder of the year at the 2025 Housebuilder Awards.
-
As well as scooping the headline award, Bellway also won awards for best sustainability initiative for work which is helping to lead the sector towards the Future Homes Standard and net zero, and best design for four storeys or more, for its Fielders Quarter West Circus development in Barking, East London.
The company was a finalist in three other categories.
