Acting on information provided by Sri Lanka, Nepal police have apprehended Pingpura Dewage Ishara Sewwandi, aka Ishara Sewwandi, in connection with the killing of Sanjeewa Kumara Samararatne, alias 'Ganemulle Sanjeewa, inside Hulftsdorp Magistrate's Court No 05 on 19 February, this year.

Police said that interrogation of several persons, extradited from Indonesia recently, had led to her arrest. The raiding party also arrested four Sri Lankans staying with her.
