EMERGENCY HOUSING BILL IS NOW £7.5M

NORTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL SPEND
More than £7.5 million has been spent by North Ayrshire Council on emergency accommodation in the past two years, a Freedom of Information request has uncovered.
In 2024-25 some £3,801,139 was spent, with £2,908,106 going on temporary furnished accommodation and £893,033 on hostel accommodation.
