Manhunt after suspected theft

POLICE have launched a desperate appeal for a wanted man after a theft in Kirklees.
-
Richard Brown, 32, is believed to be connected to a theft reported to West Yorkshire Police.
In photos provided by the officers, Brown can be seen wearing glasses and has receding, curly brown hair.
