A HOLMFIRTH girl was forced to poo herself because she was too scared to ask a teacher to go to the toilet.
Her mum is now campaigning for teachers to be more approachable so children can access toilets and other basic human rights more easily.
Holmfirth’s Emily Simpson, 11, was in a class at Holmfirth High School on Monday, September 29. Too scared to ask the teacher for permission to go to the toilet, she had to poo herself in the lesson and was unable to completely change until she got home.
Her mum, Stacey Simpson, told YorkshireLive: "Emily came home and she was like, 'you don’t understand what's happened.
