A NEW cafe and bistro is opening in Ivybridge tomorrow offering world-inspired cuisine alongside traditional dishes, all with locally sourced produce.
Stu’s at Ivybridge is opening on Fore Street tomorrow morning at 7.30am, and will serve breakfasts and lunches from Wednesday to Sunday, but also evening meals from Thursday to Saturday.
Business partners Simon and Stu Welsh are behind the new venture, and said vegetarian and vegan dishes will be given equal prominence with traditional fare.
