The times they are a 'changing
September 13, 2025
|The Herald
IT was 1965 when Bob Dylan's song The Times They Are A-Changin' was released.
It was a song that was something of an anthem for change in the 1960s and resonated with many.
The lyrics spoke of an order “rapidly fadin” and that “you better start swimmin” or “you'll sink like a stone’, and “The loser now will be later to win” Also...
Come mothers and fathers Throughout the land And don't criticize What you can’t understand Your sons and your daughters Are beyond your command Your old road is rapidly agin’ Please get out of the new one If you can’t lend your hand For the times they are a-changin’
