Summer Sessions fans enjoy final night party

THOUSANDS of music fans filled Plymouth Hoe for the final night of Summer Sessions, with headliners Snow Patrol sending the crowd wild on several occasions.

Before Snow Patrol took the stage, crowds were delighted to hear performances from three talented acts. Grace Lightman was first to take to the stage, proudly announcing to fans 'Plymouth, I live here!

Next up was talented Irish Indie band, Somebody's Child, who were making their Plymouth debut. They lit up the stage with a punchy, atmospheric set, full of brooding guitars and soaring choruses.

The band, fronted by Cian Godfrey, was appreciative of the support and reaction from the crowd. He told fans: "You don't have to stand there and listen, but you have and that means a lot."
