MARTIN TYLER'S favourite match to commentate on was not Manchester City’s iconic title-winning clash with QPR.
The broadcaster was a Sky Sports stalwart for more than 30 years before departing in 2023 and is perhaps best known for the ‘Agueroooo' moment.
City’s Argentina forward famously capped off a Premier Leaguewinning comeback in May 2012 with a stoppage-time goal (right) and Tyler bellowed his surname down the microphone.
But the 3-2 victory that saw City win their first league title in 44 years ahead of rivals Manchester United is not Tyler's favourite match. That honour goes to Liverpool's 4-3 triumph over Newcastle United in 1996.
