(JOHN.ALLEN)

Households in the Peverell neighbourhood of the city had an average disposable income of £43,100 after tax in the financial year ending 2023.
That makes the area Plymouth’s highest-earning neighbourhood, according to new data released by the Office for National Statistics.
By contrast, Victoria Park had the lowest average income in the county. Households in the neighbourhood had an average disposable income of over £29,400 a year.
That's an income gap of £13,700 a year.

That was ahead of Wembury, Brixton and Newton Ferrers, in the South Hams, which was recorded has having an average disposable income of £42,866 and came in at number six on the list.
