Delays as gas pipes replaced in city area

DRIVERS using a main roundabout in Plymouth have been warned they will face delays for a month in Pennycomequick as Wales & West Utilities is carrying out upgrade work on gas pipes.
-
The work started yesterday and will be complete by March 3. The firm has worked with the council to put a traffic management in place. This includes lane closures on Pennycomequick roundabout, Pennycomequick Hill, Stuart Road, Alma Road and Whittington Street.
Drivers are advised to allow sufficient travel time, Wales & West Utilities has warned.
