Brilliant ending to a fantastic feast of music

SUNDAY ended Plymouth’s Ruckus music, beer and food festival on a high - and with a small boy stealing the hearts of the audience with some nifty dance moves.
And, at the other end of the age spectrum, a 70-year-old man who had twice clinically “died” delighted onlookers by proving he can still belt out the hits even after having a pacemaker fitted.
Pop band The Feeling closed the three-day festival, at Plymouth Albion's Brickfields stadium, on its final night with an hour-long set mostly showcasing their 2006 hit album Twelve Stops and Home.
But at the end they brought on little Gerry Stewart, thought to be the son of drummer Paul Stewart, who played percussion and then showed off some cool dancing to delight the audience.
Previously, The Specials’ Neville Staple has shown he can perform to a high standard after being out of action for 18 months following being diagnosed with a serious heart defect.
The singer, who has only just returned to playing live and can only do five gigs a year, wowed the crowd with his wife and co-vocalist Christine “Sugary” Staple revealing “Neville died twice” from cardiac arrests, but was saved and said: “Thank you NHS and ambulance staff”.
She said he was able to perform because of his “good old pacemaker” and Neville said, “When I was younger I used to jump all over the place” before revealing that he’s now unable to do that.
