Trump: Hamas will 'pay in hell' if it rejects peace

Donald Trump has given Hamas an ultimatum of "three or four days" to respond to his proposed peace and reconstruction plan in Gaza, warning that the militant group would "pay in hell" if it rejects the deal, as the Israeli offensive in the territory claimed more civilian lives.
Trump's proposal seeking a definitive end to the bloody two-year war was announced at a press conference in Washington on Monday with Israel's prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu. At least 31 Palestinians were killed across Gaza yesterday, local hospitals said.
