Shailendra Kumar visits Poonch, meets victims of cross border shelling

Principal Secretary, Agriculture Production Department, Shailendra Kumar friday visited Poonch district and met families affected by recent cross border shelling. During the visit, Shailendra went to affected villages and personally met with families who have suffered due to shelling.

Expressing his solidarity, he assured them of the government’s full support and directed the district administration to adopt a proactive, public centric approach to relief and rehabilitation.
As part of his visit, the Principal Secretary also went to Mankote, where he met the bereaved family of a woman who lost her life in the shelling incident.
