Police launch SIM vendor verification drive in Awantipora

As a part of its ongoing effort to curb the rising instances of fraud and to prevent misuse of mobile phone SIMs, police in Awantipora, headed by SDPO Awantipora Raja Majid along with SHOPS Awantipora Inspector Ajaz Hmad, on Wednesday launched a verification drive on SIM card vendors under the jurisdiction of Police Station Awantipora.
