Surprise visit by Ollie knocks Charlie for six

A CRICKET club got a star performance no one was expecting when singing star Olly Murs came along to surprise one of his fans.

Young Charlie Atchinson’s dreams came true when the Troublemaker singer turned up at Normanby Hall Cricket Club on Sunday afternoon to surprise the 13-year-old, who was performing at the summer fair.

Charlie, who has been singing for charity since he was six years old, put a shout-out to Olly on his Tik Tok page, saying as the star would be in the area to perform at Hardwick Live in Sedgefield, he could join him on stage at the cricket club.

Charlie, who performs as Charlie Boy Sings, along with everyone at the Cricket Lane club in Middlesbrough, were blown away when Olly turned up to surprise the youngster. The pair then performed Olly’s latest song Save Me.
