NOTTINGHAM Forest boss Ange Postecoglou delivered an incredible post match press conference, questioning whether a reporter was a ‘lost cause’ after taking issue with his line of questioning.

Postecoglou’s side fell to a 2-0 defeat to Newcastle as goals from Bruno Guimaraes and Nick Woltemade sealed victory for Eddie Howe's side but it plunged Forest deeper into crisis.

After qualifying for European football last term, Forest parted ways with Nuno Espirito Santo during the September international break and replaced him with the former Tottenham boss.

In the seven games that have followed, Postecoglou is yet to win as Forest manager and has seen his side slump to defeats to Swansea City in the Carabao Cup and FC Midtjylland in the Europa League.
