Wala na bay kuwarta ang Metro Cebu Water District (MCWD)? May sukaranan bang mga pasidaan nga mabangkarota ang MCWD tungod sa kuwestiyonableng mga kontrata nga gisudlan ni kanhi MCWD chairman Joey Daluz?
