Supposed to be kept secret

Lapu-Lapu City Mayor Ma. Cynthia “Cindi” Chan is now getting flak after a photo of a tarp with her face and the faces of several other politicians circulated online.
-
The tarp drew attention not because of their faces but what it announced: “THIS IS WHERE YOUR TAXES GO. A PRIORITY PROJECT OF CONGW. CINDI CHAN. LONE DISTRICT REPRESENTATIVE, LAPU-LAPU CITY. MISSILE STORAGE FACILITY. NAVAL BASE RAFAEL RAMOS, LAPU-LAPU CITY.”
The tarp was displayed during the groundbreaking ceremony of the facility in that naval base in Barangay Looc some time ago when she was still district representative. Now Chan is downplaying any security breaches some are accusing her of committing.
