November 24, 2025
|The Freeman
The Salinas City in California is reportedly sending a delegation to Cebu City for the 2026 Sinulog Grand Parade, signaling renewed efforts to revitalize the 50-year sister city relationship between the two cities.
-
Reynito Martinez, consultant of the Salinas city-Cebu City Sisterhood International, confirmed that the delegation will take part in next year's Sinulog festivities—a symbolic gesture of the sisterhood's commitment after years of limited activity.
