Pepito elected president of PCL Cebu City Chapter

Councilor Winston Pepito was elected as the new president of the Philippine Councilors League (PCL) Cebu City Chapter during its election last Thursday at the Social Hall of the Legislative Building of Cebu City Hall.

Pepito, a neophyte city councilor who topped the midterm polls in the North District, brings with him a strong background in grassroots leadership, having previously served as barangay captain of Bacayan.
He succeeds former Councilor Joy Pesquera, who was present during the event to witness the turnover of leadership.
In his message, Pepito expressed hope that his new role would allow him to support Mayor Nestor Archival's vision for the city's progress. He emphasized unity and collaboration.
