The two-day One Cebu Northern Caravan culminated in Consolacion Town after 16 hours on the campaign trail with former senator Manny Pacquiao and Senator Pia Cayetano joining the final leg.

In her speech in the jam-packed gymnasium of Consolacion, One Cebu party founder Governor Gwendolyn Garcia said that Cebu chooses to stick to local concerns.
