LET LIFE HAPPEN

There's an exhilarating kind of freedom when we stop trying to overtly control the flow of life.

One way or another, we have to let it unfold before our eyes and accept and surrender whatever happens.

Before, I used to question all the happenings of my life. I realized in time that this becomes complicated and more stressful than to surrender to certain realities.

With meditation I learned the grace of mindfulness - that is, accepting what truly matters. For whatever happens, there's a reason and a purpose.

With no questions asked or complaints, I've learned that experiencing life is easier to bear. No asking what ifs or whys, but to just completely surrender.

Of course, always with a prayer in my heart, I ask the Lord to guide me and the grace to accept His will. Whatever His will be, it will be done.
