Gilas slides to No. 37 in FIBA world rankings

Gilas Pilipinas slightly slipped down the latest FIBA men's rankings, following a seventh-place finish in the 2025 FIBA Asia Cup.

Gilas, which was ranked 34th back in March, slid to No. 37, according to a list dated September 15.
The Philippines finished the group phase of the Asia Cup in Saudi Arabia with a 1-2 win-loss record after losses to New Zealand and Chinese Taipei and a win against Iraq.
