CLI ushers sustainable living with latest township project

Publicly-listed real estate developer Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) has unveiled Pristina Town, a 7.2-hectare mixed-use township in northern part of Cebu City, marking a strategic move to cement its dominance in one of the Philippines' fastest-growing urban corridors.
Anchoring the development is North Grove, a P5.4 billion garden-themed residential enclave tailored to the region's expanding midand upper mid-market.
The project, developed under Cebu Homegrown Developers Inc.—a joint venture between CLI and Ixidor Holdings—is the latest in CLI’s portfolio of master-planned communities across high-growth VisMin cities.
Blending residential, commercial, and institutional components, Pristina Town is positioned as a sustainable urban hub designed to align with Cebu’s evolving landscape and infrastructure buildout.
"Pristina Town is envisioned to be a catalyst for the North Growth Center, which is rapidly transforming northern Cebu into a vibrant, resilient, and inclusive economic zone," said Jose Soberano III, CLI Chairman and CEO.
