Louie Jay Estorba rifled 29 points with five rebounds, one assist, and three steals as the Cebu Eastern College (CEC) Dragons rolled to their third straight victory with an 86-69 rout of the Don Bosco Technical College (DBTC)-Cebu Greywolves in the Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation, Inc, (CESAFI) Season 25 basketball tournament on Saturday, October 18, at the Cebu Coliseum.

Three others cracked double figures in a balanced offensive performance for the Dragons, who now share the leadership in the juniors division with the four-time defending champions Sacred Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu (SHS-AdC) Magis Eagles with similar 3-1 win-loss cards.
