Cebu City intensifies env'tal efforts

The Cebu City government is intensifying its environmental efforts further as Mayor Nestor Archival met with officials from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources-Environmental Management Bureau (DENR-EMB) Central Visayas to strengthen inter-agency coordination on air and water quality monitoring, data sharing, and sustainable waste management.

DENR-EMB 7 Director Ma. Victoria V. Abrera led the delegation in a dialogue with Mayor Archival and the Cebu City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CCENRO).
The meeting focused on harmonizing technical efforts and expanding joint initiatives to address the city’s pressing environmental concerns.
