The Supreme Court has granted bail to four individuals accused in the killing of SDPI leader K. S. Shan in Alappuzha, cancelling a Kerala High Court order that had revoked it.
-
The Bench, led by Justice Deepankar Dutt, issued the order, allowing Abhimanyu, Athul, Sanand and Vishnu to be released under conditions that they refrain from influencing witnesses.
