Crackdown on synthetic drugs

Chennai law enforcement has apprehended four individuals, including a film actor-director, as part of a coordinated sweep targeting synthetic drug supply chains in the city.
-
The arrests were made near Maduravoyal flyover by the Vanagaram police in conjunction with the Anti-Narcotics Intelligence Unit.
Officers confiscated 5 grams of methamphetamine, 12 MDMA tablets, two mobile phones and a weighing machine, according to police statements.
