KTR confident of sweeping polls

Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working president KT Rama Rao on Monday asserted that his party is fully geared up for the upcoming local body elections and confident of sweeping the polls from 'galli’ (street) level to Delhi.

Addressing party workers at Telangana Bhavan on Monday, KTR predicted that the Congress government is heading towards a ‘humiliating defeat’ as people across the state were turning back to K. Chandrashekhar Rao’ leadership. While welcoming senior TDP leader Pradeep Chowdhary from Jubilee Hills into the BRS fold under the leadership of MLC L. Ramana, KTR said the newly launched ‘Debt Card’ campaign would be the 'Brahmastra’ to dismantle the Revanth Reddy government. "The Congress symbol of the hand has turned into a hand of destruction
