HC backs developer's right to use extra FSI under revised DCR

The Bombay High Court has refused to grant interim relief to Lok Everest Cooperative Housing Society Ltd. at Mulund, holding that the developer, Jaydeep Developers, is entitled to utilise the additional Floor Space Index (FSI) made available under the revised Development Control Regulations (DCR).

The HC observed that the construction of Wing C5 formed part of the original sanctioned layout and therefore could not be restrained at the interim stage.
