Karnataka Home Minister Dr G. Parameshwara on Tuesday clarified that his recent meeting with Union Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy was not politically motivated, but related to an industrial matter.
Responding to media queries in Bengaluru, Parameshwara said he had met Kumaraswamy to discuss an issue connected to the industries sector. “I did not meet him for political reasons. There was an industry-related matter, and I met him regarding that. We have previously run a coalition government together. Meeting him should not be seen as wrong,” he said.
