The fourth edition of the prestigious three-day literary festival Narmada Sahitya Manthan, named as 'Ahilya Parv', began at the Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV) auditorium here on Friday. All India executive committee member of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Suresh Soni who inaugurated the literary festival, said that there was a need to create and propagate a discourse to establish a value system in society. "Our Sanatani culture has always been value-based, but there is a need to create new discourses from time to time", he said.
