Shri Vijay Kumar, General Manager, Central Railway, graced the occasion, beginning the day's programme with a solemn homage to Mahatma Gandhi & Lal Bahadur Shastri on their birth anniversaries at the Suburban Concourse. A vibrant rangoli at the Suburban Lobby symbolised the greatness of the Mahatma and his teachings, inspiring all to keep their surroundings clean.
