Inox Clean Energy Ltd signed an agreement with Vena Energy India to acquire the company’s six gigawatt renewable portfolio, stock exchange filings and industry sources showed on Thursday.

Vena Energy India's portfolio comprises 1.2 gigawatts of operational renewable energy assets, 1.8 gigawatts of projects at an advanced stage of development and nearing commissioning, and an additional three gigawatts of developmental-stage projects, Inox Clean Energy Ltd said in a statement.
