Digital India : Server crash halts ration distribution

Despite India's rapid digital progress and 5G network availability, ration distribution in Kanpur continues to suffer due to outdated e-PoS (Electronic Point of Sale) machines running on 2G SIMs and unstable 4G data.
The server downtime has led to long queues and delays in food grain distribution the city across city.
