Genetic or DNA testing is surely coming of age in India now. It is especially heartening for me, as I was one of the first Indians to undergo genetic testing in the US, soon after it became available. The test results blew my mind, as I understood which all lifestyle diseases, I was susceptible to, and I went hunting for preventive solutions.
For the next 15 years, researched proven lifestyle changes or biohacks that can help prevent not only my disease risks or my family's, but help the world at large.
